Midtown Magic

Today I have a dark, vampy polish apart of China Glaze's latest fall collection, this is Midtown Magic.

 

I'd describe this colour as a deep, DEEP red based purple with gold and burgundy shimmer. The formula is excellent, in the photos I am only wearing 1 coat, no top coat. I'm pretty sure this was around 5 days of wear, so please excuse the tip wear.


 

When I first saw the promo photos for this collection, I knew I wanted this polish, and it is great... BUT I have found that there is a pretty close dupe for this, Color Club's With Abandon. Unfortunate for me I already owned this! In the bottle they look different, and technically With Abandon has a black jelly base, so the make up is different. But the comparison photos I have seen are pretty close. If you havent already check out Nighly Nails' comparison of the two.
